Dream Villa is a spacious oceanfront villa loacted on Ocean Breeze Drive, Coral
Cove, Lance Aux Epines. There are 3 double bedrooms in the main house with an
additional self contained apartment also available if required. The property
has spectacular open sea views from the moment you enter the front door. |

housekeeping is included. The villa has a
wireless broadband internet service and cable television. The master bedroom
has a large ensuite , there is a second bathroom and additional washroom.
A spacious kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave , and a breakfast
bar. The lounge / dining area of course have a spectacular view as does
the adjoining patio. There is a refreshing breeze from the ocean and there
is direct access to the water for snorkelling over the reefs directly infront
of the property. |

The villa owners also live in Lance Aux Epines, Grenada
and can always be reached for advice or assistance if required. They are happy
to arrange a variety of activities for their guests, including visiting Hog
Island, trips to Carriacou, sailing, great beaches and island tours - in fact
just let them know what you would like to do and they will help make your
stay extra special

| There
is a large mosaic tiled pool and glorious mature gardens all around. The pool
area is very private and benefits from it's own stereo system, and BBQ. The
gardens have extensive lawn areas, flower beds and of course fabulous views
of the sea in nearly all directions. |

villa also has a self contained apartment with equally stunning views that can
be rented for only an additional
US$ 250 per week*
The apartment cannot be rented seperately from the villa
so as to maintain the privacy of the main villa |
