Dream Villa is a spacious oceanfront villa located in the prime residential
area of Ocean Breeze Drive, Coral Cove, Lance Aux Epines. There are 3 double
bedrooms ( all with a/c ) in the main house and a self contained 1 bedroom
apartment ( also with a/c ). The property has truelly spectacular open sea
views from the moment you enter the front door. |

housekeeping is included. The villa features
air conditioning, fast wireless broadband internet service and cable television
with flatscreen tvs throughout the villa. The whole villa is spacious and
airy. The large kitchen is well fitted with all mod cons including fridge
freezer, microwave, range cooker and a breakfast bar etc. The lounge / dining
area, master bedrooms and adjoining patios have spectacular views. There
is a refreshing breeze from the ocean and of course direct access to the
sea for snorkelling over the reefs that lie before the villa. A recently
added waters edge gazebo with loungers is the perfect place to enjoy unrivalled
views of the reefs and mountain ranges beyond. |

There
is a large mosaic tiled pool and glorious mature gardens all around. The pool
area is very private and benefits from it's own stereo system, and BBQ. The
gardens have extensive lawn areas, flower beds and of course fabulous views
of the sea in nearly all directions. The villa owners are keen sailors and are
happy to arrange a variety of activities for their guests, including visiting
a deserted island beach bar at Hog Island, trips to Carriacou, kayaking, sailing,
motor boat excursions or island tours |
