L’Anse aux Epines House is set atop of L’Anse aux Epines Hill on the shores of Prickley Bay with wonderful views over the Atlantic Ocean, Prickley Bay and the
Caribbean Sea.
An old English colonial estate house whose architecture dates back to the early 1800’s, was completely renovated and extended in 2006
The main house extends to over 10,000 sq feet, has 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms including an excellent media room, dining/kitchen/pool area, extensive verandas and 2 Tikki huts.

The delightful and private 2 acres of gardens encompass a number of walkways, quiet hideaways and a 20 foot waterfall.

There is a small beach, 200 feet of waterfront and a long private dock – ideal for swimming or simply ‘chilling’. Midway along the dock there is also a delightful tikki hut over the aquamarine waters and reefs
Boats of up to 150 feet and 20 foot draft can tie up at the dock.

The rates include 5 staff – a cook/housekeeper, 2 domestic staff and 2 grounds men. Use of Powerboat (captain extra) and water toys. No food or beverages are included.

Available at extra cost: Massage therapist, top quality chef, captain and fuel for the powerboat (boat is free but may not be used without the captain.) Day and overnight sailing trips onboard a Farr 56 (see www.farrfly.ie ).

* For 20 people guests can use the sweet little beach house en suite with a double and a single bed add $1500, note no air conditioning/TV etc in the beach house. ( The week which includes Easter week-end add $1000 for staff overtime costs )

Low season prices excluding electricity - During the summer (low season ) period, electricity is charged at cost from the meter allowing guests to choose the level of air conditioning usage them-selves, applies to summer ( low season ) rentals only.
