Tivigny House is an elegant 3 bedroomed villa in Grenada situated overlooking the picturesque Clarkes Court Bay area with a spectacular backdrop of both Calivigny and Hog Islands. The villa is located just above a small pretty black sand beach and has it's own pool and numerous patio and balcony areas all of which benefit from the stunning location of the villa.

The infinity edge pool is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the panoramic views, whilst the spacious lounge area features a computer with internet, Wifi access, cable TV on a 32" LCD screen and a surround sound HiFi

The villa has its very own dock. Villa guests have use of two kayaks and a small dinghy with outboard. Ideal to explore the surrounding bays, beaches and numerous waterfront bars and restaurants nearby

Tivigny house offers you a great choice of dining areas from the formal dining room , the numerous patios, and particularly popular is the large open air Gazebo ( below left ). A BBQ is also available to complete the alfresco lifestyle
